If we don't have your question listed, please use our Contact Us page to have your question answered. We are available to answer your questions from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. If you are outside of those times, please leave a message and we will get back to you the next day. However, most days an agent is available between the hours of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST to answer your questions.

Getting Started

You're in control; we only notify you of sales and product updates. We don't email you every day because we know your privacy is important to you.

Set up an account to make your life easier. Your information will be saved to make your checkout experience smooth. Blue Raven Store will never sell any of your information.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 but it is free if you purchase $50 or more. At this time, we only ship to the U.S. but plan to offer shipping to other countries soon.

Processing time is 2 days . We offer free shipping if you spend $50 or more. We use the most economical carrier; plan around 2-7 days for shipping time.

In addition, we also dropship some of our products and have to abide by the policies of our vendors. If your item is drop shipped; plan around 7-15 days shipping time.

If you are unsure if a product is drop shipped; look at the last line of the product description for details.

Payment

We accept most credit cards and other ways to pay such as PayPal. If you have any questions, please email us at contact@blueravenstore.com.

Returns

Yes, we do take returns up to 30 days for pet supplies. However, the products can't be damaged, worn (if applicable), or used. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the product back to the factory unless the mistake was made by the store. It is standard policy to have the customer pay for return shipping. It is best to contact Blue Raven Store as soon as possible if you need to return a pet product.

Yes, we do take returns. However, the drop shipping vendor may only allow returns up to 10 days and we have to abide by that return policy. Also, the products can't be damaged, worn (if applicable), or used. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the product back to the vendor unless the mistake was made by the vendor. It is standard policy to have the customer pay for return shipping. It is best to contact Blue Raven Store as soon as possible if you need to return a product.
