Mission:

Blue Raven Store's mission is to operate an online pet store and to open other online stores in the future. We love dogs and cats! We opened an online DBA (doing business as) pet store in 2016 known as Please Your Pets. Another mission, is to keep our online stores open and found on many sales channels such as Etsy, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. We have tried many marketing tools over the past years, in which, some worked and some failed. However, we have learned from our mistakes and we keep trying new ideas! Learning

Family Owned:

Another mission and goal is to do business as a family-owned small business. We have a lot of talent from our family ranging from business to marketing and then to nursing degrees. In addition, we are a woman-owned and veteran-owned business. Our goal is to include all family members that want to help run our business such as our sons, daughters, mother, mother-in-law, sister, aunts and uncles. Small Business

Making Our Customers' Happy:

Our family is strongly committed in another mission which is making our customers' happy! That goal is one that will always be with our business. Without customers we can't survive. In addition, we believe in "adopt, don't shop" and are thankful for the many organizations that help our dogs and cats such as The Humane Society of the United States and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

In the future, our mission is to open more online retail stores in which we are currently researching products. In early 2023, we ship our own products; however, one of our ideas is to start dropshipping. Check back with us frequently to see our new ideas implemented! We have a lot of energy and talent and can't wait to utilize them to ultimately make our customers happy!
